This program is ideal for professionals in the Construction and Built Environment industry. Participants are required to demonstrate competence and knowledge, primarily in a construction site setting. It provides learners with a nationally recognized qualification aligned with National Occupational Standards and is designed for construction site supervisors and managers.

Completion of Units:

Entry Requirements:

A solid understanding of written and spoken English is essential, as the program is conducted exclusively in English. Learners must be at least 16 years old.

Assessment & Training

Students are required to build a portfolio of evidence which is assessed for competence, experience and knowledge. A portfolio of evidence is gathered demonstrating of competence and training and is gathered in the following ways:

• An online platform is created for each learner to access and load performance and knowledge criteria onto your portfolio.
• A programme of development where evidence comes from assessment opportunities built into a learning/training programme whether at or away from the workplace.
• Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) this is where a learner can demonstrate that they can meet the assessment criteria within a unit through prior experience or through knowledge, understanding or skills they already possess without needing to undertake a course of learning.
• A combination of the above

Qualification:

Learners receive the Edexcel Pearson NVQ Level 6 Construction Contracting Operations Management Qualification, along with the CSCS Managers Black Card at no additional cost.
